Not all technical issues require a service area trip by a technician, and many can be solved over the phone. Should a technician need to visit your home or business, our standard service call is $100 plus parts (if any parts are needed). An adult should be present to authorize the ticket and make any payment.

Communications solves many problems! So, if you have something unexpected that would interfere with a planned Holder’s service call, please call us to make a change.

Your safety is our first priority! Therefore, know that our technicians:

  • Have been background checked
  • Are certified and trained
  • Will present their identification immediately
  • Will arrive in a clearly-marked Holder’s vehicle
  • Are required to pass a re-examination annually
  • Must perform continuing education annually

False alarms are a large portion of service calls. Our customers keeping sensors clean can reduce avoidable issues. Rough general conditions might lead to sensor failure over time. Keeping equipment clean can help it endure. This often eliminates the need for service work.

Also, doing regular status checks will help us diagnose the glitch. Please provide details of your recent system status to help track down any issues. If you can describe your idea of the problem source and when it started, it helps us to serve you.
